How do I order products from Harpster-Canopies.com?
Placing an online-order on Harpster-Canopies.com is easy. Simply
follow these directions:
1) Placing an order for Canopies:
Placing an order for canopies is a two step process. Step
1 is to choose a canopy size.
Once you have chosen a canopy size you will get a list of canopies
for that size, i.e., Standard Tubing, Heavy Duty Tubing and Commerical
Duty Tubing. At that point click on the tubing option that you
are interested in.
In Step 2 of the process you will see a complete
list of available colors, Accessories, Replacement Poles and Replacement
Tarps. All these items are associated with this particular Canopy
size that you selected in Step 1. At that point simply enter the
quantity of each item you wish to purchase and click on the Add
to Cart button. These items will be automatically added
to the shopping cart.

2) Placing an Order for Accessories:
All Accessories, including Side Rail Kits and Side Tarps, can
be purchased directly from the Accessories
page. First select the type of Accessory you are looking for.
Then for each accessory you wish to purchase, enter the quantity
and click on the Add to Cart button. You may

3) Placing an Order for Replacement
Poles and Replacement Tarps:
Proceed to Replacement Poles or Replacement
Tarps page. In each page the listing is grouped by either
the type of canopy or its size. Simply click on the Add to Cart
button to add items to the shopping cart.
Note: Because accessories
and replacement parts vary from canopy to canopy, it is recommended
that if you have already purchased a canopy from harpster-canopies.com,
you select the accessories and replacement parts by first selecting
the canopy from the canopy list. That
way you will know that you are purchasing the accessories and replacement
parts that will fit your canopy.
4) Once you place your order:
You will be given an order number at the end of your order. Your
order will not be calculated with shipping charges nor will you
be inputting your credit card information. At this point, we will
be manually calculating shipping charges for your order which
we will provide you the best possible rate. After calculating
your order we will then call you before or on the next business
day with shipping charges and a total. With your approval, we
will then obtain your credit card information.
